MONTHLYQuilts of Valor
Minnesota Join us from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on the
first Thursday of each month when we get together to make
quilts for our military personnel who have been wounded. These
quilts will be sent for distribution where they are needed.
This is your chance to give back something to those men and
women who have been injured protecting you.
Fabric
Town's group, "The Fabrictowners", have produced over 150
quilts so far. We're always looking for new members to help
sew, press, bind or make pillow cases to match the
quilts.
As of October 14, 2008, southern Minnesota QOV
groups have donated over 400 quilts. Recently, twenty-three
quilts were distributed to Hastings National Guard troops who
were deployed to Iraq; seventy-five quilts were also
distributed to the Minneapolis VA Hospital.

expenses.
